Dominique Ansel is the pastry genius who has given us the cronut, frozen s’more, and chocolate chip cookie shot. During the holidays, DAK is offering Christmas morning breakfast cereal, three varieties of bûches de Noël, and cherry almond gingerbread.

Petra Paredez is rolling out a new menu of delicious holiday pies this month. On the list include unique treats such as apple cider butterscotch meringue pie, spiced eggnog custard, Nesselrode pie, and Norwegian Christmas bread. All pies are sold either whole or by the slice.

Baked, who also has a shop located in Tribeca, are offering cakes, cookies, and bars in holiday flavors this month. The featured cake is a wintermint cake, which is a layered chocolate cake that has peppermint chocolate ganache and is topped with a buttercream flavored with vanilla peppermint. The bakery also has available their take on the traditional yule log.
